Thank you for your interest in partnering with Kaiser Permanente to help us improve community health.
Kaiser Permanente uses an online application process to receive and review requests for charitable donations, sponsorships and grants to help potential applicants determine if they are eligible to apply for these programs.
Community Health Needs Assessments Drive Our Funding Priority Areas
Kaiser Permanente uses Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) to identify and measure the health of our communities and the social, environmental, and equity factors that impact them, to understand the strengths and assets already present, and to amplify community voices. We use this data to shape our grant funding strategies, striving to maximize the impact of our investments.
Successful applicants engage in work that addresses these identified health needs in the communities that we serve. To access our CHNA Data Platform at no cost, visit here.
